Does my guardian angel work hard!

I was driving home one day. Although I was tired, I decided to stop at the bank 3-4 blocks from my home. As I pulled out of the bank, I got a strong urge to turn at the next light. That turn would take me off the main road through the housing area. I usually avoid that way because of the high school traffic. But that day the urge to turn was so strong, I didn't even think about it. Then I realized the red light was not working. It was just blinking red. And I saw the repair crew on the side of the road working on the light box.

I turned on my signal and merged into the turn lane. Just as I made it into the turn lane, not even completely stopped, the car that was behind me plowed into the truck that was in front of me in the other lane. As I realized what had happened, I turned to my sleeping children in the back to make sure they were still ok.

After I made sure the people were not hurt, I made my turn and pulled to the side of the road. I thanked my guardian angel for protecting my children and me that day.

I don't think our guardian angels get enough thanks and credit. But mine works hard and I try to thank my angel every chance I get.

And thank God for sending these angels to protect us! He knows we need them.
