School search for our boy

Hi. We live in Kansas and are starting to look around at schools for our son. We would love to find an orthodox catholic school with orthodox catholic religious education teachers. We are also looking for a school thats emphasis is academic as opposed to athletics and sports. I am an immigrant from Europe and find, at the best unusual and at the worst uncomfortable, the extreme emphasis of sports at schools here. Our son is still very young, but he is already showing the traits of having good height and an athletic build and fear he will be pushed into school sports and in turn soak up the unhealthy culture which I've seen here. Of course, we are not opposed to school sports, but don't want it to be the main focus or see our son turn into a male bimbo / have girls all over him. We are also hoping to find a school that weaves a classical education throughout all subjects and that has a firm policy against bullying.
I know we're probably being a bit idealistic! but if anyone knows of such schools (elementary and high) please could you let me know?

Wow. Well, to start, where are you located? Without that, the only suggestion I think I could make is Home Schooling. There are plenty of good Catholic schools out there that support Home Schooling. You might start looking at Seton or Kolbe Academy.

I was home schooled under Seton from grades 5 - 8 and graduated from Kolbe Academy.
