On Christmas Day, we gather together as a family. It is a time to rest and to just enjoy each other. The morning is started as we slide out of bed and we venture to see what Santa Clause may have left.

For many hours we relax while dinner is cooked. It is almost a day-long event. We feast and talk and remember many things of the year and the history of our family.

Then, after we clean the table from the meal, we all join together so that we may read the story of Luke 2, the birth of Jesus. We are blessed He is the reason for this day, so it is right that we should read of his birth, we should take time to pray and thank him that we are able to gather with each other as a family.

I thank God that He has blessed me so with the opportunity to enjoy time with my family. In this time, many families may not be able to come together for many reasons. I hope that in such times, families can always be together in their hearts and prayers. If you are fortunate to enjoy time with your family, remember a special prayer for families who for whatever reason cannot join together. Pray that they may still enjoy God's peace and love as we celebrate the birth of our Savior.

Christmas means giving and loving!(everybody does that) Very Happy
But let us not forget that during this time when we should think about the
people around us who do not have something to give and nothing to receive this Christmas day!

Yes, you are totally right. We should think about the poor people. Myself on Christmas day, will go to one of the nearest old-age homes and give them something. After that i will go to my bestest friend and take presents. Thank you.
